If you place a pre-order, please note that dispatch times may vary. Each candle is poured and prepared by hand. You will receive an estimated dispatch date upon ordering, and we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery times are 5-7 days, though delays may occur during busy periods.
  
  

• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number (where applicable).
  
  

Elkanah Home is not responsible for postal delays or lost parcels once passed to the courier, but we will do our best to assist with any delivery issues.
