Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), customers have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  
  

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles cannot be returned.
  
  

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
  
  

To initiate a return, please email hello@elkanahhome.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
